Job Title: ACCOUNTS PAYABLE SUPERVISOR

Location: Hawthorne

Job Description: Supervision of Accounts Payable staff. Review, test and maintain all Accounts Payable procedural manuals. Cut checks, send EFT files to the bank. Maintain monthly closing AP checklist. Prove EFT’s and Bank Drafts from bank to GL weekly and monthly. Assigned monthly journal entries. Audit of AP entries. Requires undergraduate Accounting Degree or related field. Job Description: The Director of Residential Services will oversee and provide administrative supervision of a large department serving individuals with IDD in multiple and diverse residential settings. This position is responsible for the supervision of Program Directors, budgeting and fiscal management, strategic plan implementation and the development of residential opportunities. Requires Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work or a related Human Services field OR Bachelor’s degree in a human services field (Psychology, Social Work) and at least 10 years of management experience in residential services for individuals with developmental disabilities with significant administrative experience overseeing multiple residential programs. At least three(3) years of management experience in residential services serving individuals with IDD and at least two(2) years of clinical experience. Budgeting and fiscal analysis experience. Significant knowledge of intellectual development disabilities (IDD) and the delivery of person centered, habilitation and health care services to individuals of varying ages with developmental disabilities. Job Description: The OPWDD Incident Investigator will conduct investigations as per Part 624/625 regulations, within the established timelines and in accordance with the Justice Center and Office of People with Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD) regulations. This includes but is not limited to interviewing involved parties, witnesses and any other person as needed, objectively and thoroughly collecting all information to establish facts relevant to an incident and developing a report of findings with recommendations for corrective actions and prevention strategies. Applicant must have a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Human Services, Social Sciences, or related field. Mandatory: Successful completion of incident investigator training consistent with OPWDD and Justice Center requirements course. A successful candidate shall possess: Solid knowledge in the implementation of the Protection of People with Special Needs Act and Final Regulations on Incident Management adopted December 2015. Excellent interpersonal skills in order to interact effectively with staff, other professionals and people who receive services. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Job Title: QIDP RESIDENTIAL PROGRAM COORDINATOR

Job Description: The QIDP Residential Program Director will work under the supervision of the Clinical Team Leader and will manage operations and complete QIDP responsibilities for assigned residential programs. Management responsibilities include: The supervision of Assistant Manager and other DSP staff, ensuring the physical, social, and emotional needs of the people that live in the house are met and maintain a safe environment. As QIDP, will be responsible for the development, implementation and revision of residential habilitation plans, Individualized Plans of Protective Oversight (IPOP) and monthly notes for all people living in the homes. This include the oversight of the implementation of the plans, data collection and training the DSP staff on all new and revised plans. Requires Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Special Education, or related Human Services field.  OR a minimum of 7 years experience as a QIDP. Master’s degree preferred. At least two(2) years of experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). At least 5 years experience in the field of Developmental Disabilities.

Requires Master’s degree in Special Education or related field and direct experience working in an educational setting with young children with developmental disabilities, specifically preschoolers with autism spectrum disorder. NYS Certification for Special Education Teacher and BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) are required. Job Description: The position will assist individuals with the person-centered planning process by facilitating the circle of support and completing individualized broker plans and budgets for services. The Support Broker may provide training and support to help the person gain skills and competencies needed tomanageSelf Directed Services. Candidate will be involved in the referral, intake, assignment and oversight of individuals requesting these services as well as the supervision of this program by various staff. The Support Broker will assist in providing services to more individuals and using innovative and creative strategies to enhance the program’s services. Requires an Associate’s Degree in a health or human services field, or a degree in nursing as a Registered Nurse; Bachelor’s degree in Human Services field preferred, or Masters in Health/Human Services field. A valid NYS Driver’s License, one-year experience working with ID/DD population or experience as a service coordinator or case manager, and one-year experience as a support broker are also required. Experience accessing HCBS Waiver is preferred. Should be able to establish and maintain effective working relations, function independently, and be a self-starter.
