Job Title; AFTER SCHOOL SPECIALIST

Location: Mount Kisco

Job Description: Responsible to support individuals with special needs in an after-school program at the Ann Manzi Center in Mt. Kisco. Responsibilities include organizing and implementing recreation, technology and independent living skills activities for high school students with developmental disabilities including intellectual disabilities and autism spectrum disorders, under the supervision of a teacher or program coordinator. Transport participants from High School to the site. Requires High School Diploma/GED and a valid NYS Driver’s License. Experience working with people with I/DD preferred.

 

Job Title: ASSISTANT DIRECTOR OF FACILITIES

Location: Hawthorne

Job Description: Under the direction of the Director of Facilities, the Assistant Facility Director will plan, organize, assist, and direct facility maintenance, repair, and the physical operation of Arc of Westchester facilities. These responsibilities include: Respond to both Residential and Commercial building maintenance needs. On-call rotation coverage. Oversee contractors and vendors. Job Title: COORDINATOR OF COMMUNITY CHOICES

Job Description: Responsible for the development and delivery of community based Day Habilitation, Supported Employment, and Blended Services to the individuals under their supervision in accordance with their ISP. Assist with development, organization and implementation of consumer programming. Overall supervision of assigned staff including ensuring all required documentation is accurate and completed in a timely fashion. Assure maintenance of health and safety standards within facility including adequate staff coverage and has the responsibility of transporting individuals to and from program on an ongoing substitute basis. Staff will be required to provide program coverage and operate wheelchair accessible vehicle. Assume the QMRP role as assigned and required. Requires Associate’s degree in related field, Bachelor’s degree preferred; a valid NYS Driver’s License and one-year experience working with DD population, individuals with disabilities or related field. Basic computer skills required; supervisory experience preferred.

Job Title: FLEET OPERATIONS & PROJECT MANAGER

Job Description: Manages the operation and maintenance of all agency motor vehicles. Responsible for program transportation coordination and oversight. Duties include assistance in negotiating and submission of required documentation to funding source on all initial and renewal of real property leases. It may also include agency-wide procurement of materials and supplies, select reliable sources, and controls price and quality, when needed. Requires Bachelor’s Degree in a related field, a valid NYS Driver’s License, and 5 years Fleet Management experience, preferably at a not-for-profit organization. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Exceptional interpersonal skills; good computer skills, especially in Excel, Word and Outlook.

Requires Master’s degree in Psychology and exceeds 671.6 HCBS Waiver Community Residential Habilitation Services. At least one (1) year of experience working directly with persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Job Title:  QUALITY IMPROVEMENT ANALYST

Job Description: This position has the responsibility for delivering the Quality Improvement functions for the agency. This staff will perform the ongoing monitoring of the agency quality improvement functions as well as special investigations and other projects that may be required. Job Description: The RN provides nursing services to individuals of the residences and programs assigned, assists in the training of other Registered Nurses and department staff. Requires Master’s degree in Special Education or related field and direct experience working in an educational setting with young children with developmental disabilities, specifically preschoolers with autism spectrum disorder. NYS Certification for Special Education Teacher and BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) are required. Knowledge of principles and practices of Applied Behavior Analysis (specifically that of Verbal Behavior).
