Job Description: Audit work papers and schedules for the CFR (Consolidated Fiscal Report). Review, test and maintain procedural manuals. P & L variance analysis, Rate Sheet/Funding analysis and maintain the monthly

Job Description: Responsible to coordinate, develop, create and implement employment opportunities using Person Centered Planning methods and techniques in accordance with the needs of the individuals served. Other responsibilities include building relationships with families, employers and regulatory entities to serve and support the individuals served. Job Title: COMMUNITY HABILITATION SUPERVISOR

Job Description: This position requires the ability to manage a caseload of individuals receiving community habilitation services. Responsibilities include supervising the Direct Support Professionals and ensuring that their documentation is accurate and timely. The Supervisor will be the primary contact for families, attend the Annual and Semi-Annual meetings and facilitate communication with staff, outside agency staff and the individuals and families that we support.  The Supervisor will assist in providing annual trainings and ensure that proper billing standards and OPWDD regulations are followed. Requires HS diploma, a valid NYS Driver’s License, one (1) year experience working with DD population and basic computer skills including MS Office Word. BA Degree in Human Services or related field is preferred.

Job Description: The Arc Westchester preschool, serving children with developmental disabilities ages 0-5, is seeking a NYS Registered Physical Therapist. BA degree, NYS Physical Therapy License and experience working with children as a physical therapist required.

 

QIDP RESIDENTIAL PROGRAM COORDINATOR (2)

LOCATION: Mamaroneck and Briarcliff 

Job Description: The QIDP Residential Program Coordinator will work under the supervision of the Clinical Team Leader and will manage operations and complete QIDP responsibilities for assigned residential programs. Management responsibilities include: The supervision of Assistant Manager and other DSP staff, ensuring the physical, social, and emotional needs of the people that live in the house are met and maintain a safe environment. As QIDP, will be responsible for the development, implementation and revision of residential habilitation plans, Individualized Plans of Protective Oversight (IPOP) and monthly notes for all people living in the homes. This include the oversight of the implementation of the plans, data collection and training the DSP staff on all new and revised plans. Requires Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Special Education, or related Human Services field.  OR a minimum of 7 years experience as a QIDP. Master’s degree preferred. At least two(2) years of experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). At least 5 years experience in the field of Developmental Disabilities.

Job Description: This position requires the ability to analyze and document the billing systems required for all respite programs and services as well as community habilitation services (regular &Comm Hab-R) including variations for individuals enrolled in managed care or self direction services. This position will create documents that outline the billing processes, test those processes, and train relevant staff on these processes.

community early childhood settings for preschool students with a disability.  We are seeking a certified special education teacher, experienced working with young children with developmental delays and disabilities.  In addition to classroom management, curriculum development and lesson planning to design activities that meet the IEP goals for students, this position requires communication with parents, school districts and other professional clinicians, working on a collaborative team. Requires Master’s degree in Special Education or related field and direct experience working in an educational setting with young children with developmental disabilities, specifically preschoolers with autism spectrum disorder. NYS Certification for Special Education Teacher and BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) are required. Knowledge of principles and practices of Applied Behavior Analysis (specifically that of Verbal Behavior).
