Early Childhood
Learning disability testing, intervention, evaluations and services.
There are a number of opportunities for foundations and businesses to support the work of The Arc Westchester throughout the year.
Corporations and businesses often prefer to target their contribution to a specific department or project of The Arc Westchester. Opportunities exist to support our children’s school, vocational training programs, recreational opportunities, residential services and community services for persons with autism and other developmental disabilities.
For example, our Children’s School for Early Development is a highly respected program for children of pre-school age who have special needs. More than 20% of the school’s support comes from private gifts.
The Arc Westchester is a qualified 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization under IRS code. Contributions are tax-deductible. The Arc of Westchester will work with your corporation to ensure that your philanthropic efforts on behalf of people with developmental disabilities are targeted to a project or program that best fits your organization’s giving philosophy.
